• There are a lot of new information that I learned from this elective even though I have been consuming preserves/additives food for 22 years.
• There are a lot of methods to preserve food to make it easy in terms of transportation, packaging and even storage. I have learned 6 methods of food preservation in this course.
• I love being involved in Kahoot activity the most. It helps me remember most of the knowledge in this course rather than just having lecture in class.
